Returns made simple.
You may request an eligible return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused and include their original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
Send your order number and reason to hello@petiteisland.com.
Wait for our team’s instructions and the correct return destination.
Pack everything carefully and use a trackable shipping method.
What can be returned?
Unused products in their original condition and packaging are generally eligible. Opened or used personal-care, hygiene, or health-related items—including Dopplers and ultrasound gel—cannot be returned unless defective. Gift cards, personalized items, and items marked final sale are also non-returnable.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect order?
Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or a short video of the item and packaging. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
Return shipping
Customers pay return shipping for preference-based returns, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. We cover reasonable return shipping for confirmed defects or errors made by us. Please keep tracking; we cannot take responsibility for a return lost in transit.
When will I receive my refund?
After inspection, approved refunds are sent to the original payment method, generally within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Please do not mail a return to the address on your original shipping label unless our support team specifically instructs you to do so.
