Terms of service
Last updated: September 8, 2026
Overview
This website is operated by Infinite Porter LLC under the Petite Island name. Throughout these Terms, “Petite Island,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Infinite Porter LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to petiteisland.com and your use of our website, products, content, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer products and Services.
By accessing the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least the age of majority where you live to make a purchase, or use the Services with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
2. Orders, pricing, and availability
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product availability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or suspected unauthorized resale. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue an appropriate refund.
Prices, promotions, availability, product descriptions, and features may change without notice. Taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other applicable fees are shown at checkout when available. We try to display product colors and images accurately, but displays and lighting can vary.
3. Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.
4. Product use and safety
Read and follow all product labels, manuals, warnings, age recommendations, and safety instructions. Adult supervision may be required for products intended for babies or children.
Health-related products and content: Products such as fetal Dopplers and any health, pregnancy, or parenting content are provided for general informational and personal-use purposes. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or monitor a medical condition and are not a substitute for professional prenatal or medical care. A home Doppler reading—or inability to obtain one—should not be used to make medical decisions or delay seeking care. Contact a qualified healthcare professional with questions or concerns and seek urgent care when appropriate.
5. Intellectual property
The Services and their content—including trademarks, trade names, product names, text, graphics, photographs, videos, designs, and software—are owned by or licensed to Petite Island and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Services only for lawful, personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, sell, or exploit the Services or content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
6. Reviews and user content
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights. You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Services, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms. We do not require positive reviews and do not condition incentives on a particular sentiment unless clearly disclosed.
7. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the Services to violate law or third-party rights; submit false or misleading information; introduce malware; interfere with security or operation; harvest personal information; engage in fraud, harassment, or abusive conduct; or access the Services through unauthorized scraping, bots, or automated means. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
8. Third-party services and links
The Services may include third-party tools, integrations, payment services, or links. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
9. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Except for warranties expressly provided by us or rights that cannot legally be excluded, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinite Porter LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, savings, or data, arising from the Services or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinite Porter LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and licensors from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.
13. Changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services and may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date unless law requires otherwise. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the Services, customers, or our rights.
14. Severability; waiver; entire agreement
If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and incorporated policies constitute the entire agreement concerning the Services.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you reside.
